Anthony Polito
Anthony brings a broad and diverse background of marketing milestones and achievements throughout a successful career fueled by passion, strategic vision and seasoned judgment. Leveraging his leadership abilities, marketing knowledge, creativity, consumer insights and analytics on a variety of retail, product and creative projects, Anthony's more than eighteen years of progressive marketing experience has enabled him to significantly impact consumer perceptions and the growth and profitability objectives for a variety of nationally known brands.
Anthony has drawn on his diverse experience in all facets of marketing and sales as a strategic partner and counselor in the creation of progressive marketing approaches. The use of the internet and social media have recently led his vision as they contribute to brand awareness and bottom line profitability. Anthony has recently been retained by several small start-up brands in the food/entertainment and home goods sectors to serve as a customer experience, branding, marketing and promotions expert. His understanding of branding principals, retail mechanics, packaging development and marketing communications enable him to implement plans that facilitate growth, profitability, awareness and strategies allowing for overall brand health. His technical knowledge of retail allows for the identification and implementation of robust, scalable concepts, programs and processes which increase operating efficiencies, awareness and ultimately profitability.
A graduate of the University of New Mexico, Anthony holds a bachelors degree in Liberal Arts. He began his career with Fortune-500 companies the likes of Bristol-Myers Squibb, The Coca-Cola Company, Verizon and AT&T, to name a few. He has held numerous positions of increasing responsibility ranging from Outside Sales, Regional Trainer, and Brand Manager, within the Bristol-Myers Squibb/MeadJohnson Nutritional organization to Creative Services, Marketing Communications, Marketing Director within the Verizon indirect channel, National Promotions and Visual Merchandising Director within the AT&T Retail and Consumer division. Throughout his tenure he has created award-winning campaigns for brands the likes of apple, Boost Nutritional Drink, Bose Audio, diet Coke, Nokia/Microsoft and Samsung to name a few.
Eager to share his talents and resources with others, Anthony, along with his wife, has collaborated with Childspring International, a non-profit organization, as a means of giving back to the community. He served as a member of the senior leadership team at MediaVehicles/GE Capital as well as the OAAA in Washington, DC. When not working in a professional capacity, Anthony has a passion for aviation and is a FAA certified commercial hot air balloon pilot. He conducts flight training and often provides his services to community and non-profit organizations for fundraising and awareness campaigns.

Nicholas Metcalfe
Nicholas brings with him a diverse marketing background specializing in Customer Relationship Marketing (CRM) with a myriad of career accomplishments. His ability to quickly adapt to the ever-changing CRM environment and his application of superior analytical skills and creativity has enabled Nick to successfully create marketing programs across an impressive portfolio of nationally known consumer package goods brands and service organizations. His focus on consumer insights and analytics have made him an expert in the areas of one-to-one relationship marketing and segmentation. Nick has significantly impacted consumer perceptions while also impacting upward growth and profitability objectives.

Nicholas G. Metcalfe’s professional experience encompasses multiple marketing organizations and categories for more than 20 years. Beginning with the Dial Corporation, working and developing the Purex Detergent brand, Nick launched new products while also managing multi-million dollar promotional and marketing budgets. He was then recruited by the Bristol-Myers Squibb organization where he collaborated on the Boost Nutritional Brand. While with Bristol-Myers Squibb Nick helped launch two brand line extensions in an emerging category. He then relocated to Atlanta, GA, with The Coca-Cola Company, where he collaborated on national promotions representing the Sprite brand as well as Coca-Cola's innovations group encompassing the entire Coca-Cola brand portfolio. His experience also covers ConAgra Foods and the Marie Calendar’s Frozen Food brands, where he began to develop his digital marketing expertise by launching their first ever internet coupon. His work in Database Marketing for Primedia quickly turned into a consulting opportunity with Deloitte and Nestlé USA, where his Customer Relationship Marketing accomplishments began to mount, before moving directly into Nestlé's global CRM strategy group managing their US Brands database marketing efforts. He also spent time within other well known organizations the likes of Disney, FOX, Sears, Sony (PlayStation), UCLA and Experian before settling in with Green Dot Bank in Pasadena, CA where he built-out their Retention and Loyalty programming.
One of Nick's many passions is education which is evident by his multiple degrees; International Business, BBA from the University of Georgia, International Management, MIM from Thunderbird University, Business MBA from Arizona State University and Marketing DIPM from the Chartered Institute of Marketing. Nick's passion for education has also afforded him the opportunity to teach for the University of Phoenix for seven years. He continues with speaking engagements at conferences and executive meetings where he promotes strategies and best practices for CRM and database marketing. Among his beliefs, Nick strongly believes in the concept of the "win-win" relationship between consumers and their brands.

Brett Sharp
Brett brings a unique sense of how to constructively use disruptive change to move away from the status quo. His achievements in helping small, medium and large organizations navigate through such difficult situations has led to a successful career filled with exciting challenges. Combining his strategic vision, consumer insights and analytics expertise, creativity, marketing knowledge, and insatiable curiosity, Brett looks at obstacles differently than most, thereby enabling him to identify original solutions to complex issues. Being of practical and analytical nature, Brett puts all potential solutions through a rigorous evaluation which ensures clear action, accountability and impact on enhancing customer perceptions, financial performance, or organizational effectiveness.

Brett’s broad knowledge of marketing, sales, operations, distribution, strategic planning and insights provides the basis for understanding the individual needs of each group and how to meet those needs collaboratively. This expertise has been used widely across various industries, including packaged goods, hospitality, food service, retail, financial service and professional services sectors. Brett’s understanding of customer engagement, retail shopping experiences, new product development, packaging development and marketing communications enable him to implement plans that facilitate growth, profitability, awareness and strategies for improving brand loyalty and increasing financial metrics. Brett has successfully guided companies/brands such as: Newell Rubbermaid, Pepsi, Georgia-Pacific, Slim-Fast, Intercontinental Hotel Group (IHG), Office Depot, Gap Inc., Toyota, Freddie Mac, CenturyLink and AT&T among many others.
A strong education is an essential building block to success and Brett built his foundation with a Master’s in Market Research from Southern Illinois University at Edwardsville and a Bachelor’s in Marketing from Fort Lewis College in Durango, CO. To fuel his desire to support small businesses, Brett often consults with local artisans pro bono to help them understand the business side of their endeavor and enjoys the physical aspect of volunteering with Habitat for Humanity, a non-profit organization which uses volunteer manpower to build homes for those in need. When not working in a professional capacity, Brett has a passion for listening to live music, hiking and all things culinary.
