Ideate, design, develop and produce a new brand identity system across the entire Boost branded product line.

insights:

With the Boost family of products expanding, through line extensions and additional flavors, it was necessary to create a easily recognizable packaging system that was both integrated and consistent across all consumer touch-points.  Without consistency and integration across all branded communications, consumers were experiencing confusion, especially at the retail shelf thereby jeopardizing sales and brand loyalty.

approach:

A new and highly recognizable brand identity system was conceived across all products while refining packaging types.  By using photography, fonts, packaging configurations and line extensions Boost was able to effectively cut through the clutter at the retail shelf.

results:

  • Brand recognition and top of mind recall increased in excess of 20%*

  • Retailer acceptance/take-rates for the brand, both liquid and bar formulations, achieved 100% within all retail accounts (food, drug & mass)

  • The brand's successful packaging and introduction of new flavors and product forms paved the way for future channel acceptance (food, drug & mass)
